Yoga with Kelly Marie Mills

Aging with grace and Kelly.

Traditional Hatha Yoga enhances youth no matter how old you are. It is a system that supports our reconnection with balance and wholeness. Being human is not easy. Yoga and Ayurveda are aware of how we get stuck.

Hatha Yoga seeks the balance between being stuck and flying high. You can call it the middle road. 

Location: Clarinbridge, at Setu Studio H91 DYC3 In Person and 

ALSO Online through Zoom.

Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays scroll down for details. 

Yoga Classes with Kelly are Traditional Hatha Yoga  2023 

*Tuesdays  7:15pm til 8:20pm

*Thursday classes are based on the Self regulation and healing using the Chakra system as an easy guide. These classes for totally for beginners and also for those who have been practicing – each will receive different things from the class depending on their own perception. Thursday has two classes 

Mornings 7:00am til 7:50am

Evenings 7:15pm til 8:20pm

All classes are €12 but there are deals for certain attendance choices.

*Friday Teens Yoga 5:30pm til 6:30pm 

 – April/May 2023 we work on the different systems of the body and how Yoga postures help support our imbalances. 

Cost: €12 per class or book four consecutive classes for €40

In Person at Setu Studio and also  Zoom Live stream Hatha Yoga in your own space! 

Class includes: Hatha Yoga poses, strengthening, balance, internal core work, best breathing for better focus and clarity

Thursday Morning Yoga classes are online only but are fabulous too!!These tend to be at a slower pace, but just as revitalising as any Yoga class.

A new 7am series begins March 9, 2023 7:00am til 7:45am This series covers enhancing our balance and dexterity of mind and body through the use – include free short meditation from 7:45am til 7:55am

Cost: €40 for 5 online classes with recordings

After each class there is 5 to ten minutes of silent meditation (free of charge)

Thursday morning Zoom only classes are in a Series format – using a specific theme to enhance your knowledge and understanding of Yoga and Ayurveda combined. All classes are recorded available for your use afterwards.

All Yoga classes are taught by Kelly who is teaching Yoga since 2004 ( A two year teacher training!) and working with Ayurveda since 2005. 

Most of all it is fun and you can do as much or as little as you need on the day, but you will always leave, glad you came. x

Kelly’s Yoga classes give tools of stress relief for daily life and co-create flexibility, muscle tone and strength, meditation, laughter (mainly at myself) and relaxation.

Yoga develops the mind

Yoga understands that when the mind can create successive singular focus, it then can hold deep lingering awareness. This is the beginning. No matter how small the practice of Yoga is, developing skills of awareness are life changing.

Such as …are you breathing now? And if not…go ahead. And if you are breathing, can you breathe out, and then breathe in to inspire your body and mind.

Hatha Yoga with Kelly in the modern world? Is the perfect medicine for every day health.

Its key bonus is how it works strongly with the mind. Our mind is the connection to our personality, our discernment, and our heart. But most important ant than all of that?

Our breath is the direct connection to our body and our mind.

without our breath, we have no communication system to connect mind and body. Of course, there is no way to test this – but trust me!

As you discover Yoga, remember that there is no teacher that is the same. We all give information from our personal experience and perception. So find the teacher that resonates with you, and make sure you enjoy the class.

Once the basic of Yoga are sound, Ayurveda helps you to develop a practice that is balancing to your whole system.
