Early Morning Classes:

*Tuesdays and Thursday 7:00am til 7:45am €10 

Evening Classes:

*Tuesdays Hatha Yoga 7:15pm til 8:20pm €12  B7

*Thursday Beginners 6:15pm til 7:15pm €12     B2 H91 H6WP

*Teen Tuesday Yoga 8:30pm til 9:20pm 

*Saturday Morning Class 8:30am til 9:30am please text before arriving

*Parent/Child Monday 

Starts Jan 22, for three consecutive sessions 5:00pm til 6:00pm

Venue: Live on Zoom plus In Person  PLEASE NOTE Studio VENUE VARIES: we have two  Studios with the same name but different Bungalow, in  Clarenbridge, Galway. 

Most of my classes are held at Bungalow 7,  Kilcornan,

H91 DYC3, near SCULL Sanctuary. 

EXCEPT Thursday 6:15pm class is at Bungalow 2, Kilcornan, H91 H6WP, across from Kilcornan swimming pool and large car park.

Class includes: Hatha Yoga poses, strengthening, balance, internal core work, best breathing for better focus and clarity.

Kelly  is teaching Yoga since 2004 (700hour) and working with Ayurveda since 2005.

Kelly’s Yoga classes give tools of stress relief for daily life and co-create flexibility, muscle tone and strength, meditation, laughter (mainly at myself) and relaxation.
