Ayurveda is a word from India, translates in English as ‘Life’ ‘Study’ – Life Knowledge or Science of Life. In modern terms, Ayurveda finds what DNA we have, and helps us to understand our balance. Once we understand our balance our consistent use of gentle remedies daily will increase our balance. Naturally this will allow our dysfunction to ease.
